We use specialized, reinforced corrugated cardboard mailers designed specifically for vinyl. Each record is padded with bubble wrap or cardboard stiffeners to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.
What is your return policy for opened media?
To maintain the quality of our collection, we only accept returns on opened records if they are found to have a manufacturing defect or significant playback issues. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
