At Utopia Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your vinyl or merchandise arrives damaged or defective, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original mailer or a sturdy cardboard box to ensure the records do not warp or crack during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or your local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned media, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
